South Korean operator KT will begin marketing the device in the iPhone this month. KT will start offering versions of 3GS iPhone 32GB and 16GB capacity on November 28, 2009. It also offers the iPhone 3G device 8GB capacity.

This announcement came after South Korean regulators last week gave Apple a license to operate a location-based services in the country, who wanted permission for the user's privacy concerns.
